Jody Pierce is an assistant professor in the College of Technology at Purdue University, Anderson, Indiana. Professor Pierce brings to her teaching 28 years of industrial experience working in manufacturing; labor relations; health and safety; education and training; and organizational change with General Motors and Delphi Automotive Systems.
In the Department of Organizational Leadership and Supervision (OLS) she teaches Human Behavior in Organizations, Applied Leadership, Leadership Process, Training Methods, Labor/Management Relations, Leadership for Team Development, Conference Leadership, Conflict Management, Leadership Strategies for Quality and productivity, Project Management, and Critical Thinking.
She has her Bachelor of Science degree from Saint-Mary-of-the-Woods College and a Masters of Business Administration from Anderson University. Professor Pierce is a member of the American Society of Engineering Education (ASEE), the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), and an alumni of the Madison County Leadership Academy.
