The Engagement Council is established to provide overall direction for engagement, to set priorities for moving forward, to provide leadership to encourage the establishment of engagement goals, strategy for each academic department and Statewide region, and to develop and maintain reporting, and ongoing evaluation mechanisms for engagement activities.
Engagement Council Mission
The College of Technology actively participates in building mutually beneficial partnerships internal to the University and to business and industry, K-12 and higher education institutions, entrepreneurs, (innovation/ incubators/ technology transfer), government, and economic development entities.
Engagement Council Vision
The College of Technology will be nationally recognized as the benchmark institution for engagement by positively impacting stakeholders, thereby improving economic prosperity and quality of life.
